Job Title: Business Support Associate

Salary: From £19,000 a year – Full-time, Permanent
Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Support Associate to undertake a variety of administrative duties at one of our offices.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A client-oriented approach is essential.
Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and visitors and making sure they are made welcome
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer incoming calls when required and redirect or take messages
- Check, sort and forward emails and respond where necessary
- Generate letters/fee notes
- Keep updated records and files
- Take card payments
- Providing administrative support to the Firm’s accountant and credit controller
- Filing
- Produce manual invoices
- Posting receipts
- Archiving
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, office supplies etc.)
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with office equipment
- Knowledge of office management business support duties
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
