Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Support Associate to undertake a variety of administrative duties at one of our offices.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A client-oriented approach is essential.


  • Greeting clients and visitors and making sure they are made welcome
  • Answer questions and address complaints
  • Answer incoming calls when required and redirect or take messages
  • Check, sort and forward emails and respond where necessary
  • Generate letters/fee notes
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Take card payments
  • Providing administrative support to the Firm’s accountant and credit controller
  • Filing
  • Produce manual invoices
  • Posting receipts
  • Archiving
  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, office supplies etc.)


  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with office equipment
  • Knowledge of office management business support duties
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
