Roles for individuals already working in the profession
School & College leavers
Whereas historically University was the main route into the profession when school comes to an end, things have changed. The world of business is changing, and there are now many professional opportunities available to you straight out of school.
There is an annual intake of school & college leavers. You are offered a full study package towards the AAT qualification and also get to learn new softer skills on the job. You will be part of a team working on preparing accounts and helping our clients from day one.
The main benefits:
You earn money from day one and work on real assignments
You get a comprehensive study package
You have less debt than you would if you went to university
Once you have finished your AAT qualifications you may be eligible to move onto higher qualifications
Graduate Opportunities
We recognise the critical role the recruitment of graduates play in growing the firm’s intellectual capability and providing new ideas to ensure the firm continues to innovate. Graduates are hired for the specific knowledge and skills taught only in higher education, and a degree speeds up the access to professional body membership.
There is an annual intake of graduates. You are offered a full study package towards the a professional ACA or ACCA qualification and also get to learn on the job. You will be part of a team working on a range of assignments and will not be stuck working purely in audit or 1 discipline.
The main benefits:
You still get to enjoy the University experience before you join us
Rapid career development and wide range of challenging assignments
You earn money from day one and work on real cases
You get a comprehensive study package
After completing our application form successful candidates will then be invited to take part in a phone interview after which a small number of applicants will be asked to attend an assessment day at our offices.
