At Bevan Buckland LLP we’re always thrilled to recognise the dedication of our fantastic staff.
As such we have been delighted to make six well-deserved promotions and some vital changes to our management team over the past month.
Six accountants have stepped into senior roles, including Lee Bradley and Michael Jones who have been promoted to Partner, Llinos Williams who has become a Director, and Jonathan Dight, Michael Williams and Andrew Silk who have moved up to Senior Executive level.
We’d like to congratulate all of those who have been promoted and we look forward to watching them grow into their new roles.
We have also reshaped our management team as we look to drive further growth at the firm and to ensure we provide genuinely unbeatable services to our clients.
As part of that Gus Williams will become our Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for planning, strategy, projects and practice development.
Lisa Coombs has become our Chief Administrative Officer and will be responsible for all internal processes and controls. Vanessa Thomas-Parry has been promoted to Chief Operations Officer and will handle all external facing processes, heading up client services. She will also be responsible for HR and recruitment across the business.
These latest promotions really underline our ethos for promoting from within our talented teams, and our commitment to professional development and supporting our staff to achieve highly.
Despite the last couple of years presenting unprecedented challenges, we are in a strong position and we are driving forward with our growth plans as the leading firm in Wales.
