Michael has extensive experience across a range of matters having qualified as a chartered certified accountant 15 years ago. He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (F.C.C.A).

He works closely with charity and not-for-profit clients including audits and independent examinations of charity accounts; auditing of supporting registered social landlords; offering technical advice to not-for-profit clients based on his knowledge of the relevant SORP.

Michael has a portfolio of clients ranging from sole traders up to large corporate clients across a variety of sectors including retail, construction and manufacturing. The services provided range from individual tax returns through to complex accounts, audits and due diligence when undertaking group acquisitions.

He also provides grant audits for clients to support claims made under funding from organisations including Innovate UK and Welsh Government.
