Vanessa has over 25 years of experience in people management and learning and development across a variety of sectors and ensures our services consistently meet client expectations.

She fully supports our team by overseeing all external client-facing processes, from helping us meet deadlines to customer service, and she is crucial in aiding us to deliver the industry-leading work we are recognised for.

Vanessa also specialises in HR and oversees people operations including employee relations and engagement, staff recruitment, the graduate training academy, workforce planning, and driving the firm’s culture.

She is qualified with CIPD, CMIOSH, MCMI, and MinstILM and is also a trained coach.
